I took my car in for a simple oil change. I was not picked up by the shuttle at the time my vehicle was done (2 hours after my appointment) so I called a friend to take me to picky the car when it was done. I tried t cal the technician and text him but could not reach him. I contacted the manager who connected me. He did not arrange for the shuttle to pick me up and perhaps assumed I had means to get back to the dealership. As a result I was 30 minutes late to work.
