Initially, Dominique was away from the desk and Stephanie was speedy in greeting me to get my car started. That initial greeting made all the difference in making me want to use the dealership. Dominique did a fantastic job when my car was finished. He answered all my questions and offered to find out if I can get a net installed in the trunk to keep my groceries from flying around. Personable young man. Keep him!

Once again i received excellent customer service from Julie Spickerman this has been the norm for her. excellent communication as well as takes care of every problem big or small and always makes sure i am 100% happy i have never had a service writer like her she is GREAT!!.
