Took over 6 hours for an oil change and tune up, I'm usually in and out within 2 hours, I don't think I'll be coming back, I don't see the point of making an appointment when others vehicle are done before mine. From the lobby I could see through the window a lack of motivation to work faster. It's sad that I have to find another place but alot has changed since I've been coming here.
