While sitting in the waiting area, I noticed that my vehicle was driven out, showing it was complete. After waiting over an hour to be called I asked Rene if it was done. He lied and said they just drove it out. When I said it has been sitting there for an hour his response to me was that I should have said something. While I can appreciate people being busy, to a point, I expect that it is not my duty to ensure I am provided prompt customer nor is it my job to inform your staff when things are complete. I felt it was a very rude statement to be said to a customer waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. It left me very unsatisfied with the experience and frustrated from my lost time.
