All I can say is Wow! I always receive exceptional service from the time I drive into your service bay, your staff that greets everyone always has a smile and makes the customer feel welcomed. Julie takes time to explain the why in maintaining your necessary maintenance to keep your vehicle running top notch.

Dominique assisted me promptly when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. He took the time to explain what they were going to do and what they did. He contacted me throughout the process to give me information about the progress of my car.
Adam never greeted me at the desk. After 12 minutes Rene started the process.Adam did not inform me when the car was done, rather I had to text him and ask for a status update. If possible, I would like assigned to a different service manager.
