Dominique is very professional and provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the repairs at this time. But I will return as soon as I can.
Tony is awesome as always. He’s an asset to you service department. He goes out of his way to make sure a solution is found and explains everything in detail. He very open to suggestions and questions. He’s my go to every time I come in for these reasons!
Rene knows the problem immediately after telling him what’s going on with my vehicle and fixed it right away. 10 stars for him way to go !

Julie Is a hard-working individual. She let me know when my vehicle was ready. Even though she did not feel well and it showed. She went the extra mile to help me. There was no one else there to help she was feeling ill and she went all out. She has a great smile and great service and a great attitude. That’s why I am going to make her my service writer go to Person When I come in for service.
Nothing wrong with service or service writer but exceptional is not how I would describe it.

Jose was professional and made me feel important instead of just wanting to fix my truck. He listened to me and asked question and even took the time to drive the truck himself so he could understand my concern. He figured out the problem and he was right! My husband and I were thrilled that it didn’t need a new transmission!! Thank you for taking the time José and for being honest with the diagnosis. Jose Buruato was GREAT to work with. He and the Nissan Service Center truly went the extra mile to not only diagnose but also fix my vehicle. In a world where it's easy to feel consumers are nickel and dimed, Avondale Nissan and Jose in particular really showed that customer service comes first. I will spread the word about this and will continue to use Avondale Nissan for my vehicle needs.

I absolutely love Julie!!! She’s soooo pleasant to work with!! Very attentive to the me and my concerns and my vechicale!! Listens to ALL my concerns and does the absolute most she can do for the customer to keep us calm and assured that our cars are not only in good care with her but with Avondale Nissan as a whole! She is a good spirit and a very delightful person to be greeted with when going into any place of business with concerns regarding something that we value. I love working with Julie. Recently came in to have breaks done and a few days laters hey still felt and sound like nothing had been done. I called Julie she listened to all my concerns and fussing and was able to reassure me that my brakes were able to fixed. I brought my car back in to have my brakes check again as well with a fluid flush and just like she assured me my car feels like it’s running AMAZING and my brakes are great. Julie also is VERY informative with the process which I love!! Julie made me a very happy customer this past weekend. Thank you Julie and Avondale Nissan for having Julie!!!!
It is always a great experience having my car serviced at this location. Mr. Hummel is very knowledgeable and always exceeds my expectations in providing top customer service.
Service was quick and people were polite. I was also delighted when I was not contacted by the sales department in any way. I had an issue with the m Peoria location before coming to the Avondale dealership. The people at Peoria tried to convince me that I’d have better service with them, even though I made it clear I was simply choosing Avondale for convenience. They were lying about service though, I doubt I would have had better service then what I received at Avondale
Took me 1.5 hours of waiting before I called a Lyft for transportation service. Customer service from Adam is great, but management REALLY needs to do something about making customers wait more than an hour for shuttle service.
Therefore, considering Corporate Lyft (or an extra shuttle driver) may be a viable alternative because Avondale Toyota is doing that next door and their efficiency is much better compared to Avondale Nissan. Seriously management, you can do better than this.
