Wasn't told about the-A.C. not working properly. Thought the oil pan got a new gasket, but I don't think so. And the invoice says they washed the car but they did not. Also the multi point inspection wasn't attached. So I don't know what the battery amped out at and what the tire pressure-was or if they topped off any fluids. Adam was very nice but seemed in a hurry. I tried to think of everything to ask but felt like iv2as hurried

Julie never tries to sell me service I don’t need or want. She’s professional, tells me is something is needed, quotes be the price and leaves it at that. I’m more apt to return for other services than the high pressure tactic other service agents give. It’s why I only see Julie.
