Very disappointed in service I received. I have extended warranty and couldn't get the problem fixed. I had my two daughters with me knowing my A/c didnt work to well so I was driving during the day in a warm car.

I had incurred an issue with the side molding of my car, and even though I did not ha e an appointment, from the time I arrived, until the time I picked up my car I received exceptional customer service, Julie stayed in contact with me regarding my vehicle and once complete I received an text. I also liked the feature of express pay, it’s very convenient. Way to go!!

I just wanted to quickly rave about how awesome your parts service representative Adam was. He was so patient and just hunted down information to get both my flat tire fixed through my Canadian warranty as well as replacing a sensor while having to correspond with my Canadian dealer. He did so without argument, complaint, and with a smile on his face. He kept me informed with texts, hooked me up with a rental to use in the meantime, and I was supplied coffee and snacks. I couldn’t ask for anything more as a customer. If there is an employee of the moth, performance based pay raises, or promotions your considering in the future I’d highly recommend you giving him the opportunity. Customer service like this is rare to find. Many thanks from a very happy customer!

Went in for one simple fix, they went ahead and dove deep into my truck and tried to charge me 6100 for thing I didn’t even want touched.
