Appointment was 8 am car didn’t go back into service until after 9 am. This is disrespectful of people’s time.

I am truly satisfied with my service I would recommend to anyone especially Adam. I mean it's already a headache that my vehicle is broken but Adam made sure everything else went smoothly.and not even to mention it was a major holiday and I still knew all the progress of my vehicle. It was almost to good to be true that it was going that smoothly. Adam just went above and beyond on customer appreciation.

Upon arriving I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I specifically asked for the tires to be checked because I was concerned about one of them. The tech said they were in good condition. I then left to get the tire balance with a different provider and they tell me one of the tires is not in good condition. I noticed they did not Rotate the tires at all. I trusted Nissan and the service there but this time I felt they put my family or my life in jeopardy.
I ask for Julie her idea of service can’t be beat.
