So, this maintenance/service was for our second of two Hyundai products. Jason greeted me on arrival, checked me in and inquired about any other potential issues with our Santa Fe. He kept me advised as work progressed and checked me out in a timely manner. In my eyes, Jason represented Haselwood VW/Hyundai well.
