After I checked in my car I was taken to the waiting area. I said I'd be waiting there and was told that it would be about 2 hours. I had a book to read so that was fine. After 3 and a half hours with no one telling me anything, I asked an employee to check on my car. She came back 10 minutes later and said it was ready. So, 4 hours after I arrived, i drove away since i don't get cell service in the building, i didn't get the voicemail someone left earlier saying my car was finished and they were open until 4, even though I was escorted to the waiting area and told the guy I would be waiting. I would likely have sat there until 4 if I hadn't asked. Someone dropped the ball. Until yesterday I have been very happy with the service.

Nina was great! Servicing the vw recall didn’t go so well. I had to drive back to have them fix the shift console that was nor done properly. Again, Nina was great!!

I was told that the part you needed to order would be in 3 business days later. I called on that day and you said they never ordered the part because the computers were down. The technician said he would call me back but never did. I called the next day to find out if you had it and another technician said they had it, but no one bothered to call me with this information. Originally you were going to keep my car until you got the part and fix it which should've only taken three days but it ended up being at least a week and if I hadn't taken my car home I would not have had my car for this time frame. You were going to charge me extra manual labor to put my car back together just to take home instead of leaving it with you, which I find ridiculous, but Brent was able to help with coupons to help cover this cost. When you were able to fix my car, apparently there was a miscommunication between departments of extra work that was going to be involved and it took longer to fix it. Overall, it just left me with a feeling of no confidence in you and that you are disorganized and I was charged $500 to fix a window so it could roll up and down.

Nina was amazing! Not only did she go above and beyond tackling my regular service, but she was able to get a quote on some scratches that I wanted fixed. She got a quote and was able to get me into get the work completed. She arranged transportation to and from my home as I waited. From start to finish of my day, she streamlined everything! Hazlewood is blessed to have her as a part of your customer service team! Kudos nina!
