Brett was great, the service dept team was great. Scheduling is as it has been since you can't talk to the service dept directly, a complete waste of time. The personnel taking the call doesn't get the right information on the appt schedule. It takes 15-20 minutes to schedule an appt, only to not have it correct. I will no longer call im goe an appt, I will go on and speak directly to Jason or Brett. They are always great and get all the right information. They know who I am and give me excellent service every time. Your call center is where you have poor service. You should have never taken this route for your customers to have to deal with. It is very bad service to have your customers go through.

My husband took the day off to come in with me for our vehicle service since we had received paperwork in the mail about a class action and had a question. Brett wouldn’t even allow us to talk and treated us like we were only in it for the money. That’s not the case at all , we are just worried about our vehicle. He told us your dealership wasn’t even a real Volkswagen dealership and we had to call Volkswagen of America. I don’t really want to have him be apart of any more of my cars servicing. Thankfully another gentleman helped me when i picked up my car and he was excellent!

The customer service during my recent visit was excellent. Brett made sure that I had a rental vehicle to enable me to get to and from the dealership, and to and from important work appointments without having to incur even further expense and hassle whilst having my vehicle servicing performed. The people were very friendly, helpful, and respected my time. I really appreciated Brett and his team during my most recent visit. Thank you!
