Before the last test drive was done w my car, I was told it was ready, and to come to the dealership to get it. The engine light that was on when I brought it in, and I was assured they found it was “just due to low oil”. Once I got to Hyundai, they made me wait 45 minutes and then told me that my car wouldn’t start.... engine light that was on, now means something more. This is AFTER the entire 120k mile service was done (2 days). No communication the next day (and when we called - the guy who answered in service didn’t have any answers for us, as Nina had not left any good information for whoever was going to handle us on her day off). Then- I get a text on Monday (automated) that says something to the effect of “your car is ready”. It was not. It still wasn’t starting. Bad communication with your automated text service. Poor communication between mechanics and server writers. Poor computer system that you can’t stop from texting us - even when our car is NOT ready to pick up. On another note: I have a very good friend who dropped off their Hyundai for an oil change... they waited 1.5 hours and finally THEY checked in w their service rep: car HADN’T even been brought back to mechanics! It was an oversight. All they did was re-schedule his appointment! No “free” oil change for his loss of time!? I will never bring my service to your dealership again. I will never purchase another Hyundai. Poor service. Very poor service every time I’ve been there.

We were totally ignored by the representatives. The service was subpar. We were treated like we weren't a loyal Haselwood customer. We had to refer to a different representative because peyton fail to give me the satisfaction I expect from haselwood.

Nina was very helpful. In 9 years of having my car serviced at VW I have never second guessed a fix so I was glad she didn't treat me like a person who sees problems others don't.
