The service tech did not reinstall the screws of the engine under cover. The front section of this cover fell to the ground as i was driving on highway 3, 5 minutes after leaving the dealership. i had to pull over, figure out a way to keep this up away from the ground so i can take my car home. the engine under cover is damaged. i took pictures of the under engine cover dangling after i pulled over. i want someone from VW to call me, ****-****-xxxx. I've never had any issues with the dealership until now. Thank you.

Unfortunately upon returning home after picking up my vehicle I noticed the vehicles tires weren’t rotated. I also noticed on the invoice I was charged for an air filter but, the vehicle has a clean K&N filter already in it. Now, I’m worried....Was the oil changed?

On the way home after picking up my car today, I noticed 2 dirt/grease marks on the overhead inside and above driver door. This is the 2nd time my car has been returned to me not in the same interior condition dropped off. I intend to come back Saturday, 20-Jun, to have the marks removed. I'm extremely upset people I give my car access to are not treating it with the care and respect I expect and deserve. Jesse was able to resolve the previous incident to my satisfaction. I expect Cole to do the same this time as well. I also noticed the wiper blade replacements appear to be different than the original ones: flimsy and glossy black, much like might be found on many Hyundai models, rather than the stronger matte-black like original Genesis ones. I suspect they are lesser quality and not Genesis quality. I want to know if they are exact replacements as the originals, and if not, why not.
