This coming Wednesday will be our 4th visit to get the TPMS fixed. I am so disappointed in the service and lack of ownership to helping get the problem solved. Yesterday-the THIRD visit to try to fix the problem- I was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and sat there until closing only to be told that they couldn’t fix the issue until my next appt..which I tried to schedule while I was there but have no confirmation. It’s been one excuse after another for why it can’t be fixed - part needs to be ordered, can’t find the part, Covid is making things hard, appointments are full, oh all fixed-until 15 minutes into the first drive, the tire pressure is off, computer was not reset and then someone forgot to plug in a tool. I am at my breaking point with this as I have now spent 12 hours trying to get this fixed.. either on hold, being transferred all over the place or sitting in the waiting room for hours on end.

I knew my car would be in great hands from the start. Jesse kept me updated and even got a part ordered under my warranty that I didn’t think would be possible. Definitely recommend working with him and taking your vehicle to Haselwood Hyundai!

Cole is an exemplary service advisor! My car experienced a couple difficult and complex warranted covered issues recently, Cole made sure to take the time to keep me informed of every step of the way and explained things in a very clear manner that was easy to understand. On top of how professional Cole was he was also very friendly and made my visits to the service center positive and easy! Keep up the good work!
