Overall very good but techs failed to reset the oil change reminder so I may stop by and have them do that so that's a little inconvenient.

I have had my Genesis for 4 years and 4 months. I bought it new from your dealership. In April of 2017 the battery died. My car is kept in a garage and right now it has 33,000 miles on it. I have maintained it properly. I replaced the battery (which of course was not under warranty) when it died in April 2017. This seemed like a surprisingly short battery life to me, especially in what is supposed to be one of Hyundai’s top-end products, but I was told by your staff at that time that such a thing is to be expected from a factory battery, and that I was purchasing a better replacement battery. At the end of December 2017, the battery died again. I am now being told that although the battery is under warranty, it cannot be replaced because it “tests fine”. The tests that were run while it was in your shop will be small comfort to me if I am stranded somewhere the next time my car won’t start. If the problem is not the battery, then it must be something else. There is no reason for this vehicle to occasionally just NOT START and need to be jumped. Tim was very polite, but I do not believe the issue that is causing my battery to have no charge has been resolved.
