Tim was friendly, professional; and accommodating. I brought my GTI in without an appointment because I had an urgent need. Although the team was obviously busy he welcomed me and my need graciously. I had to call one week after my required part was ordered to inquire and make service appointment. I was told we would be called and wasnt. When I called, nether service nor part department were very interested in speaking with me, rather they threw my call around where I finally ended with Brooke who was very helpful and apologetic and kind. Actual service appointment today was fine.

They should really not have "express" posted everywhere in the service department. My scheduled oil change took almost an hour and a half. This is not acceptable. Every time that I've been to the service department, all of the employees are talking about how "slammed" they are. Either schedule less appointments or schedule more technicians!

Ensure the service/price provider over the phone matches what the agent offers upon arrival to have service completed. Also there was a 15 minute wait and three agents were sitting around not assisting anyone. One agent was doing all the work. Finally another agent came out and after a 5 minute call he decided sir can I help you? The waiting area had no seats available for the first half hour of service. Also, upon checkout the agent said he would match the price given over the phone and asked if I were in the military. I said yes and the price remained the same. I have never had an issue with this service department before.
