Ever since Hyundai was bought by Haselwood, the check in/out process seems to take sooo long. I don't know what has changed.The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful in answering questions.

Jay did a fantastic job. I had to wait for my car and Jay walked me to the lounge and told me about the snacks, water, coffee, etc. when I inquired about my car, he went and found out the information I needed to know. When I come in next year, I hope to have him as an advisor.

Car was delayed 4 days longer than promised. When I picked up my car there was an extra $200 charge that I did not authorize for a part. When I told him I was never told about this, his response was “I know, sorry”. Also had a hard time explaining my bill. I will likely not return for service there.
