Did not appreciate the service we received from Tim Malland the Assistant Service Manager. The whole time he was speaking to my wife and I was like we have never been serviced our car and was dumbing down everything he had to say. Also as we were checking out I asked if Military Discount was given and he response was “ We have the lowest prices on Oil changes & if we did give military discount we would loose money because of the area we live in ” instead of saying “No we do not but Thank you for service”. There’s just nicer and better ways to treat a customer and that wasn’t the way I wanted to experience my time there. As the customer I didn’t feel appreciated being military or not. We will defiantly want to work with someone else the next time we go back for any type of servicing.

I had the 20K service done last week. The next morning, I got on the freeway on my daily commute to Tacoma. There was a very bad vibration in my steering wheel. It's a new 2016 from last April. I immediately pulled off the freeway and called Laurie. She said bring it back. I could not do that until today, Wed 3/28 due to my work schedule. Without any questions OR COSTS, Laurie had the front wheels pulled off and rebalanced. Tonight, when I left the dealership, I had my "new car feel" back without any steering wheel vibrations. I could not be happier with the service provided by Laurie and Haselwood VW. This is my 4th VW going back to Paar Imports in 2013. Laurie was also my Service Advisor at Paar Imports. John V

I was very happy with the work that was performed, the communications from Laurie and the detail on taking care of me personally. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and did a top-notch job. I really do appreciate the time and work of the staff.

Everything went very well. I just picked up my car from getting protective shields. They look good. Timothy took time to show me the work and answer my questions. I appreciate the courtesy rental car and getting a ride to and from the rental office.

Tim Malland spoke poorly to me as if I did not know what I was talking about & worked very slowly to finish all of my paperwork regardless of the fact he knew I had an appointment soon. I did not like his bedside manner & he seems like he disregards what people know of their own cars.
