Laurie has a sympathetic demeanor- and her can-do attitude was very reassuring. I am very appreciative to her and the rest of the department for the timely repair and return of my car. They managed to get it done even without a scheduled appointment. Thank you!

Laurie is the only reason we are still having service done at Haselwood!!! Service is slow, this experience was 3.5 hours for an oil change!!! Unacceptable!!! And we scheduled it. That is consistent with our experience.

I live on Mercer Island and was going to be in Bremerton for the day, and I needed an oil change. I figured I’d give Haselwood a try. I’m so happy I did. Laurie is amazing! She was friendly and welcoming from the beginning, and kept me constantly updated with what was going on with my car. She even bought out a dirty filter to show me, and explained why it needed to be replaced. Haselwood is worth the ferry ride, and I’ll be back!

Left the car for service before they opened to pickup a 3pm. Waited 35 minutes for them to complete paperwork. They and called to see if we wanted to have the 30k recommend service done with the oil change. I thought $295 was a bit much for the work.

A bit of my latest work done at VW was due to a bit of miscommunication on my part but also i would have thought that someone would have simply thought to ask me to bring my car in real quick to look at it to make sure the right parts were being ordered. Basically, I described over the phone what I thought I needed (mind you, I am NOT a car person) and the parts guy over the phone took me at my word. So of course, when I came into have the work done, of course they didn't have all the parts. Then today, after everything FINALLY got done, they realized, oh, nope, we don't have that other part either, so i have to come in a THIRD TIME to have my car worked on. This has been ridiculous. On the flip side, Cam the service advisor has been GREAT to work with and I really enjoyed working with him. You can tell he works really hard and makes sure to do whatever it takes to make dealing with car mechanic stuff as painless as possible.

Laurie is always pleasurable to work with. We've had to bring our car in multiple times due to the the VW emissions case. The issues are always fixed promptly and efficiently.
