I was disappointed with my experience at Hyundai, I do not plan on bringing my car back in the future. I could not get ahold of anyone via phone, despite leaving messages with multiple different people. I still don’t think my insurance company could get ahold of anyone to pay for the remainder of my bill. Information provided to me was unspecific and my car was in the shop a full 5 days longer than the estimation provided to me- without notice that it would take longer than the 2 days originally told to me. Because of this I did not have transportation arranged and it interfered with my ability to get to work. I would not recommend this dealership to others.

Jesse Roksa was very professional and compassionate to work with. However, the 2013 Elantra has problems with it’s engine due to production issues. Hyundai needs to recall the engines or take responsibility for repairs. In my case, Hyundai declined to make the repairs. Corporate knows that there are flaws with the 2011-2014 engines, yet they will not address the problem. Jesse Roksa and Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai is not the problem. The problem lies with Corporate Hyundai. Unfortunately, my business will not be going to any Hyundai dealer because I will not be buying another Hyundai.

The new staff in the VW service department was beyond outstanding. From the new guy checking in to Larry following up! I was thoroughly impressed with everyone! I had always had a less than desirable experience with the service department previously so this experience is worth noting! Great service!
