The service was superb, especially as I didn't have an appointment and my oil change was able to be accommodated. Your shuttle service was prompt and the snacks in the waiting room were the best! My only concern was the wait time on the phone system. (4 mins, then 6 mins) It kept telling me I was next in line to be received! I decided to just drive right to your service center...which worked out very favorably! Lars was extremely helpful, courteous and professional!

Questions were not answered. Lacking courtesy, person indifferent towards me. Felt I could have gone to jiffy lube for better customer service, would not recommend to family/ friends. I have the maintenance package, or else I would never be back, or maybe it was because I had the maintenance pkg is why the indifference?

I had to ask 3 times what the solution was to a problem. And the car window was left down while outside in a rain storm. The words “Sir I do apologize” mean nothing when that’s all someone says.

Jesse is profesuonal friendly and seemed genuine in wanting is to get the best support possible. My family and I cant thank him enough for his help getting our car fixed and resources to get it covered. Made the doffenrce for our Christmas. Sincerest gratitude the Tucker Family

I was very upset. I purchased my car here, brand new in 2013. I get ALL the services done here and I have never been treated like I was today. He was unpleasant, rude and really didn’t seem to care that I was a loyal customer. Besides his terrible attitude, he was also unhelpful. My back up camera isn’t working, I have the extended warranty, but he voiced it was too much for him to figure out and I’d just have to pay $115 to just find out what was wrong and then they might cover it.. but he wasn’t willing to find out or make a simple call to get my questions answered. I also had asked for my fog light to be replaced.. he said he wrote it down but it didn’t happen. I will be reaching out to the manager of service, Kylie I believe in hopes this can be helped. As far as the service counter.. I wouldn’t want any of my loyal customers to come in contact with the man that poorly did his job today.
