I waited almost 2 hours for the work to be completed on my car! Other folks that checked in after me were called upon as their cars were completed before mine. It's a good thing I made the decision not to bring my handicapped husband with me!! Yikes

Lars was wonderful! I appreciated his friendly attitude after a long stressful day. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. The job was well done and he made sure I knew what else needed to be done later to keep my car safe. I give Lars 5 stars!

Service reps and techs need more training. I don’t know if it is related to Haselwood purchase of Paar but in last few years I have noticed this. I had to get very assertive to have my issue adequately addressed. Hopefully it is resolved. Time will tell.

I have been a customer for several years my experience today was not at all satisfactory. It took 2.5 hours for a basic service task. In addition my coupon special price of $200 cost me $260. The service rep noted that there would be an extra charge for synthetic oil. In addition on the way home my tire pressure activated. I will take the car to Les Schwabb for service. Nice work guys. I am very disappointed in the poor service and what I consider false advertising with regard to the extra charge for the oil service, this should have been made clear up front. R,Dyer

Lars is a bullshiter. He told me it took 3 hours to diagnose a bad O2 sensor and thats why my car was late. He never called to let me know my car was done. He texted me it was done when I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes while he did paperwork.(the car was done and outside when I arrived, paper work wasn't done) Lars is argumentative and has a bad attitude.
