Brett was very nice and very helpful. He made sure I realized that my car takes more oil than most and it would be an extra charge. He was also good about making sure parts were in stock before they took my car in.

Today I took my VW to get serviced, making the appointment at least two weeks in advance. My experience today leads me to believe that Hazelwood management overloads their service advisors so they are set up to fail. I couldn’t reach anyone to check on my vehicle when my SA had left for a funeral. There was literally no way possible by calling the main line to get anyone on the phone and I made two trips back before my vehicle was finished. I’d like a manager - not an assistant manager to call me to discuss this. My goal is not be to ornery but to give honest feedback so management can make better choices to care for it’s employees and customers. Jerry “Clay” Clayton ****-****-xxxx

Lars was very helpful, kept me informed on the status of my vechicle, and was very helpful with my situation (bad hip) of getting into a smaller vechicle. I have to say he was Great and seemed genuinely concerned about getting my car back to me in good working condition. I have great confidence in his ability to take care of his customers. Brett kept us appraised of the status of our car. We had some additional work done that had not originally been planned, but that needed doing. Bret attempted to keep our expenses as agreed upon, even though the extra work required additional parts.

I understand that Honda made a mistake when they scheduled my vehicle for Hyundai for some reason and that part wasn't your fault. However, I was very upset when I learned that no one and shown my husband to the waiting room, gotten his contact number, or even tried to call my number on file when the vehicle was done. He went for a walk to try and find something to eat or drink because be didn't know Rhett was somewhere else to wait and then had no idea when the vehicle was finished. Part of this is poor communication on his part, but when you already know that my vehicle had been scheduled for the wrong location and he'd already left and had had to turn back around when the error was discovered, you should usually be extra accommodating to make up for it. I work in a similar industry and I couldn't believe how badly this whole thing was bungled. I am glad that you managed to out this service toward my pre purchases package at least. My husband asked me not to complain because he knew how angry I was but when I received the text message, I felt the need to share my dissatisfaction. I will also be sending my comments to west hills Honda. Im sure the quality of the actual oil change and service was fine.
