You were asked to do a complete electrical inspection. You found a dead battery and stopped there. It was obviously a symptom not the cause of the problem because the battery discharged again in driving it back to Port Angeles. Battery is good and can be recharged outside the car. You failed to properly diagnose the problem and now you won't make it right. I have been a happy Hyundai owner having bought a new Santa Fe prior to this Sonata. Service in Hawaii and Massachusetts was excellent. You clearly do not live up to the Hyundai service that I am used to and have soured me on future considerations for another Hyundai. Nothing worse than bad service to send me back to Toyota.

I don't think Jesse is the problem. This issue is a result of someone out in the shop. I find it ironic the independent could find the issue in thirty minutes. You guys had at least four days. Maybe nobody took the time to even look at the car?
