I received excellent customer service from Jason Ramos in the service department. Jason treated me with respect and empathy during a stressful situation with my vehicle that could have easily turned unpleasant. The part was miss ordered. I waited an hour to find out. I had gotten a phone call several weeks back to make sure the right part was being ordered. The gentleman who worked with me today was great and non of this his fault but still very disappointed because now I have to take more time to return when the RIGHT part comes in!

Brett was very helpful and answered several questions I had on my car's maintenance. He also fully explained the other work that was needed on my car besides the oil change I came in for. I also needed advice on how to safely change a flat tire, as my grandson's drivers ed school required that the kids know this, & I have never changed one (I have AAA for that)! His knowledge is greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

Above and beyond care and diligence with getting my vehicle to the glass shop after the sevice which was done on time. Even down to the detail of putting the service reminder in the center console as we were replacing windshield at another company. Thanks for coordinating everything!
