Jason was great, no complaints there. When he was gone, communication was very poor. The mechanic had questions about the actual problem, but calling me for input wasn't even considered. When Jason was gone there were no actual status updates, even tho i called and left a voicemail requesting one. The first time I got thru to a live person I was told Jason was out for the day, then while I was on hold I got a text message from "Jason" that left me with the impression that Haselwood was more interested in placating me than communicating with me. Jason has excellent communication skills, Haselwood's automated system does not.

Awesome person to work with! Gave me all the information I needed and did not feel forced on to buying anything but still gave me options for the future. Awesome experience and would love to work with him again

Very helpful, not pushy at all. I always get nervous that auto shops will try and say I need to get X Y and Z done when I just want the oil change and can’t afford anything else. Brett did the opposite. He also informed me that it wasn’t my wipers that were loud but the internal motor controlling the wipers. That was super helpful because I was about to buy new wipers. Now I will schedule that with Brett within the next couple of weeks. Very happy with everything.

Misdiagnosis or incomplete diagnosis leading to thousands wasted. Offer to trade car in was not in good faith as deal changed when I showed up. And 5.5 hours wasted with only 1 if three cars I asked for being shown. Worst dealership experience in 41 years of driving. Also updates on car were few and far between.
