I purchase my 2013 Volkswagen Passat last month and I have had to bring it in for service 3 times due to issues with the lights from the adblue system, and I have had to bring it back in now because of a check engine light. I brought my car in the 1st time for the adblue system light because my car would not start, I was sent away and the service agent told me that he would not be able to do anything about it tonight and that when I explained that I would not be able to start the car and he said that I will not be given a rental car. When I brought it in the next day it was not looked at for 3 hours after I brought it in and the service representative did not realize that the key was sitting on the desk in front of him and was unaware that the car was there even though he is one that accepted the car. After servicing the car for the Adblue light I was told that everything was good in the car with but driving home from the dealership the check engine light came back on. this is my 3rd time coming into the dealership for issues that I've have at this car within one month since I purchased it I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service that I have received at this dealership. We are a military family and we thought we were buying a certified preowned car, but I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of because I was told the car was not driven or tested for the adblue system upgrade before the car was sold to the public. I feel like I will be stuck with a lemon car. I will never buy from this dealership again.
