My transmission is working better than it was,however it's not working like it should, it still slams into gear, automatic transmission shouldn't do that, it destroys the gearbox.

My vehicle was eligible for the engine replacement recall. It took 5 weeks to repair. Upon getting to the dealership when it was ready I found Crowley kia to be less than stellar. While I was at the counter waiting, no one was able to answer my questions about the new engine. The manager did call me later that day and explain that the new engine has a 15 yr/unlimited milage warrantee. Which is unheard of, and there is no paperwork to back up that statement. Also, while at the service counter, another customer was given and charged with new tires even though the technician attempted to stand up to the management that he didn't need new tires. The manager told the technician that the customer had already paid for them. I felt as though Crowley wasn't the type of dealerships that did work what wasn't necessary. And I commended and thanked the technician for standing up for the customer. Lastly, when I started to move carseats from my rental (which was lovely) to my car I found the seats and interior soaking wet. It seemed as though the car was left out in the rain with the windows open. Crowley kia did have the car cleaned at no charge, but that sort of unprofessional sloppiness is unacceptable. I'm not sure how a mistake like that is made and overlooked. All in all, I was disappointed with the engine replacement recall experience.

They never updated my UVO to say my 22,500 maintenance was completed, and never called me back. Otherwise the service was great.

Brian and Scott did a great job. I was in and out the fastest oil change and check point. Thank you for taking care of passenger door too. Share link to go online to schedule service in future. Cause person who answers the phone she forgets who is on vacation and transferred calls to a voice mail no no one else has password to answer call.

Recently moved to the area. First time at this dealership. Have to wait for parts to arrive before job is complete. Daniel understood my problem and made me very comfortable with his ability to take care of it.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and to have a couple issues looked at I explain the issues to them.I dropped my car off at approximately 10 a.m. with 66910 miles on it I was told both over the phone and again in person when I picked my car up that the tech drove it up and down rt 72 several times, hitting 75 miles per hour to test for the issues I was concerned with, I pick the vehicle up shortly before 5 p.m. and as I was driving away, a little ways down the road I looked at the odometer and noticed it only had 66912 miles on it! so there is no possible way that the tech drove my vehicle as stated, it is more than two miles just to get to 72 and back from the shop, I called to question this and again was told it was driven, when I presented the information they said they would talk to the tech and get back to me, they call me back a short while later and said the tech had left for the day but he spoke to the manager who would call me Monday, I told him I wanted an answer today as clearly my car was not looked at to the standards that it should have been and I was questioning that the oil change even got done at this point I still have not heard from the manager or anyone else and I'm extremely frustrated with my experience that I had today I feel totally disrespected and I feel as if no one there ever believed me or my husband to begin with and they didn't feel it warranted my vehicle being checked out I purchased an extended warranty through you guys and now I'm truly questioning that decision.
