Car was at the shop for more than a week I pick it up after they tell me the problem is my battery and my car doesn't start. Kia Sorento with bad engine replaced engine with another recalled engine. Freaking nightmare and the customer service is horribpe

was told 2hours wasnt given a courtesy car. my appt was at 9 didnt get my car till 6pm . i had to ca out of work and no.way to pick up my daughter from school. wasnt even called to be warned itll take longer than expected . highly upset

I was told the Work would take 2 to 2.5hrs. It took 5hrs. I was told the cost would be $130.00. I was charged $138.00 plus tax

The only issue I had was being scheduled for two recall campaigns but for one of them, they didn’t have the part so now I have to drop the car off again, coordinate rides to and from, next week. Why not set the appointment for when you have all the parts you need to do the job completely. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and Daniel’s handling of the appointment.
