Daniel was attentive, informative, and a great listener. He was transparent in some info about some pending repairs, which helped gain my trust. Because of Daniel's courteous service & quick quoting of additional work that I asked about, I'll be bringing my Stinger in for some extra work that I planned to do myself. I appreciate the time spent today at Crowley Kia. Also, I'd like to commend Brandon in sales for taking the time to answer all my questions on the new Carnival. Both Daniel & Brandon are great guys.

I/we do understand that things have been backed up at the service center and I do appreciate Dan and Brian’s communication with us but for the issue we had the fact that it couldn’t be diagnosed in a timely manner considered we had a rental that wasn’t not being covered by kia because the service center was out of rentals was just less than satisfactory.

My repeated experiences with Danielle at Kia have reestablished my trust in getting my car serviced by a car dealer. I feel comfortable going to Crowley Kia knowing that Danielle is not going to try and have me to get some work done on my car that it doesn’t really need and I trust him when he tells me that it actually does need a particular kind of service.
