Crowley Kia Auto Repair Service Center

My Kia Soul was dropped off at 10:30am appointment and was told it would take approx. 2 hours. I was taken home and picked up within that time frame. Also my vehicle had an oil change and car wash. All those services are what I would call "great" customer service. Dan is the best!

Right from the beginning, this service was easy to schedule--in fact, I appreciated that I received an email to let me know that the service was due. When I called, Ashley was so gracious in helping me pick just the right day and time and identifying what needed to be done. She has a lovely voice, handles the calls so well, and puts you at ease. Just wonderful. When I arrived for service I was greeted with open doors (literally both garage doors were open and I was the only customer at the time--and I was glad to be coming in out of the rain)--truly, it felt like they were just waiting for my arrival, so however you scheduled it, it made the customer feel like they were getting special attention. Plus, it was so great to see those open doors--so I could get out of the rain--no waiting, just ready and waiting for me! Brian greeted me in his positive happy way, confirmed what I was there for, and made me feel comfortable and at ease! Before I knew it the car was ready (sparkling, in fact) and with a great report and a great price!! Brian opened the door, helped me re-readjust my seat. And he's always at ease with any questions. These service folks know their customers and know how to make you feel well-taken care of. Thank you!!
