I was completely blown away by the level of service! Not only was Brian incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, in the fact that I was offered the ability to use an office to take some work calls while I waited, was some of the best customer service I've ever received!

The noise I was hearing was made by the tires. I just bought the car from you less then a year ago and the noise keeps getting louder. I’m told the tires are fine and I can keep driving with them. Also 2nd time same tail light was out so I’m thinking it’s not just the bulbs and may be a future issue. Also I bought the extended warranty and everything else you could sell me at the time of my purchase. I was under the impression all services were included with that package. Had to pay 200 dollars today for the “extras” that don’t come with the 60K services. Just a suggestion…It would be nice to have the car washed and quickly vacuumed after each service for an extra bonus.

Daniel Flansbury is the most helpful, patient, and knowledgeable rep I have ever met. My experience at Crowley was unbelievable. My car was returned in better condition than when I dropped it off. I was not expecting the extra time they spent making sure I was satisfied. If I could give Crowley Kia 100 stars I would. BRAVO!!!!

Just having to pay out for 6 weeks of car rentals was very expensive and made it not worth working since I had to pay that out of my pocket and not even a loaner at any facilities available
