I was unable to schedule my service online using three different web browsers. I could get to the end of setting up the date but then I would get an error. However, your customer service representative , Jessica, was able to schedule this appointment through the chat feature. Yet when I arrived today at the scheduled time, there was no record of my appointment. After discussing this and sendIng an email copy of the conversation to the CSR helping me, I was informed that Jessica was not a real person and that the he has never seen the chat feature do that. Your customer service rep did honor my appointment. Here is thing. Isn’t it misleading to customers when the chat feature pops up with a CSR named Jessica, with a picture of her, and lies to the customer that an appointment has been made? I think you need to either put a disclaimer in the chat feature or Have your website stop making false appointments and misleading customers.

Josh diagnosed the transmission problem and got the job of replacing it done in a timely manner (just as he said). He kept me informed along the way and his professionalism is most appreciated. Overall I am very satisfied with the friendliness and expertise of the entire service dept at Crowley Nissan.
