Horrible horrible service not only they did not call me to pick up the vehicle When I called at 6::15pm nothing had been done (I had called before multiple times , emailed and messaged) from my 12:00pm appointment I had to pay $159. For no service Unbelievable Very disappointed after more then 15 years and 4 new cars and 2 new cars guided my relatives to buy from Crowley I was treated very bad. Management should review heir customer service practices. Never again

I just wish it was less expensive. Other than that it was okay. I work in the automotive industry as well and I was told by numerous people That there were other options available besides going with a completely new fuel tank. There are epoxy solutions, there are fiberglass solutions, there are various other means to seal a fuel tank that didn’t require a whole new setup. I get it, I understand it, and it was probably the best option, but I just didn’t have that $2,500 to spare. It was a bigger expense than I had planned. And the cause of the issue is still an unsettling, upsetting mystery to me, but that’s not on you guys. Overall I thank you for being as quick as you can be and getting it done for me. Thanks!

I specifically asked to have the tire pressure in my tires check while the car was there for service and that did not happen. Now I need to get that looked at someplace else which should not be necessary.
