Today, my wife couldn’t start this car while she was out. We lost almost 4 hours time on Saturday. After waiting for about 3 hours to get a towel truck, the service man think it is battery part related. It is quite disappointed since the car was in your dealership multipoint inspection service a few days who and supposedly everything is good according to the test outcome. We will wait for a further diagnostic result on 9/14 then. But why this was not identified during the 9/4 inspections visit. I also paid the service what need to be done...

One tiny thing...when I went out to retrieve my car after the oil change, it was parked very tightly between two other vehicles, necessitating extra maneuvers to get free. Uncomfortable for an arthritic senior citizen.
