I was told my oil filter was dirty and needed to be replaced but I would have to pay $25. I have a maintenance plan which includes oil changes, oil filter and tire rotation. My oil filter was not replaced

There must be some miscommunication. At the very beginning, I came in and asked about the oil change and tire rotation and clearly refused the recommendation about transmission fluid drain. When I showed the coupon for oil change and tire rotation, the person at front desk told me he can use another coupon and asked me to sign a document. It showed the cost was $350 but he told me after the discount, it was only $50. I signed it but it turned out the total cost is $320 and they did the transmission for me. Since they already did it, I paid it. He also told me that they took care about the major concerns for my car. However, when I started my car, I still got the alarming message “ Maintenance: oil and filter. Maintenance: tire.” I did my car maintenance in Crowley multiple times and this happened first. I did feel very bad about it.
