It started out absolutely great and very professional, until I got to the service desk with the oil technician. I was told that they would go outside and bring my car into the garage. But he insisted that I go back outside in the freezing cold to get my vin number and bring my car right outside the garage. When I told him I didn't want to do that and that his co worker told me I didn't have to do that and they would take care of everything. He finally told me after awkwardly going back and forth about this that I can find my vin number right online on my phone. So I was a bit aggravated that I had to deal with that, and nobody told me that I even needed to bring the vin number with me. So your staff should really enforce telling clients that it will be needed instead of making everyone backtrack and go in circles to get it. Thsnk you for listening.

The representative we dealt with seemed kind of rude and had an attitude.. my car now has multiple scratches in the front bumper, I did not see before and I informed the representative and he seemed very agitated and claimed it was not them and that cameras will be reviewed and still has not reached back out to me about the matter .. I’ve been getting my oil changes here for years now and have never dealt with any of this until yesterday

The only thing I was upset with was that I was not told the car would be gone overnight. I was told to fill the gas tank before returning the rental car which I did but my car had used a quarter of a tank of gas and was only half when I picked up the car
