There was an extra charge on the invoice and I was not satisfied with the answer as to what the charge was for. I had the same service performed twice before without the additional charge on my invoice.

The Crowley service manager was very helpful. John Hogan was his name. He explained the situation and seemed the leak have been corrected. He assured us that if their is any future issue he would definitely look into it and get it corrected. thank you. John Hogan

My husband and I would like to give a special Thank You to Josh whom works for Nissan customer service. We had a recent death in our family and were about to make a 5k mile trip to attend the funeral when we thought that an overhaul on our Murano would be best for our safety. We called customer service and spoke with Josh whom was extremely sympathetic and more than willing to assist. Not only did he get us an appointment right away, he called and double checked everything with us. This kind of service makes us want to purchase other vehicles from Crowley and will recommend them to all our friends and family. In today’s world, it is very hard to find sincere and passionate people. Thank you Josh for making this awful situation much easier to handle while taking stress off our backs. You truly are an asset and should be a role model for other Crowley employees.

From the time I brought my car in until it was finished I believe Chandler went out of his way to answer all my questions because I sure had a lot of them! He treated me with respect and made me feel like I was important even though I was really just getting an oil change! I had many questions about other parts of my car that need some work and he took time to explain my options! I really appreciate all of his help!
