Josh was very personable and tried to explain everything to me. He made it easy for me to feel comfortable if the issue with my tire was t resolved, he assured me he’d be sure it would be taken of whenever I needed.

Upon my tires being rotated with my oil change, my alignment is completely off. My steering wheel is shifted to the left as the car is driving straight.

Happy with service and time vehicle returned to me. I looked at the inspection report and it mentions that my battery failed inspection. I was not told that it failed and had hoped a phone call that it failed and needed to be replaced would have occurred. I would have if possible had it done in that visit for additional cost.

I had an appt for 10:30. They didn’t start the car until 11:20. I sat outside and looked at it in the lot. I would’ve understood but no one communicated a delay

Always a pleasant experience at Crowley Nissan’s Service department. Chandler was ready when I arrived and helped through out my visit.

I was highly pleased with Chandler’s service. I was pressed for time & he (with service folks) correctly estimated one hour to get needed work done and avoided me having to make a second appointment next week.
