Most times having your appointment go quick and easy is not likely. Having worked in dealer service departments myself, spending 3 and a half hours is not fun for a customer. But I was determined that the time spent was necessary for the work that was completed.

I had an issue with my Murano and called Crowley revive and luckily I spoke with Josh and he told me to bring my car right in. He told me I was a valued customer and would be able to take care of my issue. Josh made me feel like a valued customer. I’ve been a Crowley customer for 35 years and Josh is outstanding and a great customer service representative.

Josh you are always awesome when I get my vehicle serviced! I appreciate all of your help. Tell your boss, the only thing I wish that could of been different … is that I would of loved to have my car detailed after spending so much money. It’s something that has always been done. Either way, thank you.

They are so nice and accommodating. So clean and friendly. I had to bring both my kids to the appointment and someone even helped my little man get a snack from the vending machine. The man went over everything my car needed and let me know what it will need over the next few months to year so I can save up for it.

After a bumpy start with a an unexpected question about me being in the right place and not at Chili's he was able to turn it around and provide knowledge and some insight into future service plans for my vehicle. I was able to pick up on his sarcasm but I could see how some others might not be entertained by it. You should know your audience before making such comments, the next customer might not be as understanding as I was
