It's very annoying when I've got brand new rear shocks and serpentine belt (less than 1K miles) and it's marked as caution on the report. Yes, I had a local place do them and they're not on your records, quite frankly because I trust them more than you guys but it's very obvious they're new. Marking them down as caution makes me think you just try and up sell everything and anything and makes you look dishonest and lose credibility

I had to leave my car and get a loaner. I was upset that I was given a car which was low to the ground. If I had to leave my car for a noise when my car is only 1 year old, I should be given a car equal to my car. I have OA of my knees and have a hard time getting in and out of a car. I should have been given a SUV or a truck.

We had an appointment and told them what we needed. Staff told us the item was in stock. Told when we arrived that the item was on its way…. 2 hours later still there
