Bought used car and had for a week and had to bring car back to be serviced broken heat vent, lack of warmth of heat and a vibration underneath and on pedal when accelerating. Dropped the car off on Thursday night to be worked on Friday. I was informed that the car would not be ready and I would be able to pick the car up Saturday when work was completed. I was not given updates on the progress of repairs, I had to call twice for update only to be told late in the afternoon that it would not ready until Monday and was not offered a loaner.

I came in Friday to have a repair in my tire. I was told a tire would need to ordered and a spare would be put in . I waited in the waiting room. They told me its ready . They will call Monday. Saturday i got in my car and the tire pressure was low. Almost flat. I took my car to Monro and that same tire is on with the nail!! I had took take a day off from work to get there i hope Monday someone will get my car at work and leave me a car to drive. I have ms and have a doctors appt that i need to get to . I will call town fair tire to see if they have tire. Good thing i asked to take the lug nuts off seeing Nissan didnt leave a key to that when i leased.
