I would like to thank Crowley of Nissan for my great experience with my first purchase of a car. Austin stood with my father and I until the end and answered all my questions. I love the service center that John (I can't remember his last name) runs at Crowley on Rte 6 in Bristol. I used to travel to New Park road on the West Hartford / Hartford line when John ran the service center there, and now I go and see him in Bristol for as much service as he's able to do on my Kias. I appreciate his honesty. He once told me to not to bother spending any more money on fixing an old car I had, because it had too many issues. He also didn't charge me for some work his mechanics did on the car that day. You don't find that kind of service very often. He made me a loyal customer for life.
