I was told about the breaks but when I got home I saw on the paper work that there is a leak in the muffler. Why was I not informed before I left. I just got the car not even a year ago and now I need breaks and a new muffler. I have a warranty but nothing was set up for a later date. I was told to call in the morning.

I was initially concerned about a lack of detail in receiving my lease ! ( full gas tank ) Your follow through was appreciated, but a relationship is based on trust . I hope we can continue to work and build on our relationship in the future . Thank You

An excellent employee. James is an asset to Nissan. He always welcomes me and is very informative when I ask questions. I have been going for all my oil changes and repairs at all his location and will continue to do so because the staff is superb.
