I’ve been going to this dealer for my oil changes and to maintenance it ever since I bought my car maybe a year ago... I have never been as satisfied with the customer service as I was today... it’s always been average or less than average service but today I was really happy with Chadwick Rahmans attentive manners... he was very intime to his job... when I leave the old workers always left the plastic on my drivers seat and it this time he informed me my car was ready and excused himself to go check it was clear of any plastics when I was leaving he even opened the door... he exceded my expectations... really glad you guys have this guy on the team!!! Cheers to that!!! Keep up the same hiring process!!! Speaks very well about the dealer!

After I left, I noticed a light on the dash, it looks like a tire? I thought you guys checked my inflation? Didn't you notice the light? I thought it would go out by itself, it has not.

Oil change took too long and service advisor was too **** and slow
Well Dwaye didn't know that my car elantra sports 2018 is supposed to be oil changed at 3000 miles and he told me and the sticker they put in my car is 3750 miles before going back so I think they need training with/ that

My last experience at win Hyundai Carson was very frustrating and humiliating. When I walked into the service area Rudy Padilla ask me who I spoke with on the phone and I said it was Barry. And he insisted that only Barry could help me even though Barry was helping another customer at the moment. When Barry became available, he told me that he was supposed to go home 45 minutes ago and someone else would need to help me. But then a lady walked in and Barry proceeded to help her instead of going home. Then I spoke with Chadwick once he became available and he explained that he never heard of the Hyundai Assurance program. I told them to look at my profile under my phone number and they would clearly see the package that I purchased when I bought my Hyundai Sonata June 25th 2016. Now more time is being wasted as they review my Hyundai Assurance policy that David ****had documented under my profile. Finally, I was given back to Rudy Padilla to write up the service order for my oil change. All of this bouncing around could have been avoided if Rudy had just taken ownership right from the beginning when I walk through the door. No one at any point apologize for the confusion and the wasted time in excess of 30 minutes. I no longer feel comfortable nor confident about making the drive from Newport Beach to Carson to get my Sonata serviced. I would really appreciate a representative getting in touch with me so that we could come to a resolution. Thank you.
