Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the customer service at Win. Barry was attentive, friendly with an oh so positive vibe. I came in a little late (got lost) but he came and took care of me as if it was no trouble at all. The service/car is under my son's name (he gave it to me for Mother's Day) and when I explained to Barry, it was not an issue at all. He thoroughly explained everything that was done and made sure I understood when I'm due to come back. I also interacted with other WIN staff and they too were friendly and courteous.
The staff and positive atmosphere (thanks for the coffee!) make the wait time worth it.

My car was not fixed. The problem persist. I've taken it in twice and both times techs claum they cannot duplucate the problem.. when one tech actually qitnessed the problem when i returned the first time to make another appointment. I need the problem fixed.
