A bit concerned about comments regarding doing DIY service for every other oil change. I am using exclusively Pennzoil full synthetic because of lower noack which will reduce engine carbonization. I suspect that I am using higher quality than the Hyundai oil which are of unknown origin or noack. The primary reason for the alternating services is to provide best of both with factory checks each and every other oil change with premium quality on the DIY changes though less comprehensive checkups during the DIY services. The attitude that DIY is not equal from an oil change perspective is not appreciated as I have receipts and entered the service logs. In addition I have each and every fuel receipt for 89 octane Chevron with Techron exclusively due to clean burning and less carbon buildup.
I found a tiny dent on my car's hood after the service and this was not the first time this thing happened. After my car's first 3000 mile service, I also found a small scratch on my car's left tail light. These are small damagea but it's irritating to know that people servicing your vehicle were not being very careful handling it.
I take my time today to state 3 things: 1) The service assossiate Marisol made the process simple and clear; hands down she is the right person at the desk. 2) The services provided are not expensive at all; I learned it is effective to also consider dealership services. 3) The tasks that were supposed to get done in the car are done; no playing no talking around. Straight in and out.

I have done recall problems through service advisor Barry Albino many times in the past and have always been very happy with Barry's outgoing personality and desire to help. I did more than recall service this time and did my 65000 service,front brakes and alignment thanks to the advice of Barry As a single woman I can trust WIN HYUNDAI for the best service.
My experience was exceptional. He was very friendly and patient with explaining every little detail. As well, he offered a coupon that was a huge help and due to the other promotions he told us about that we didn’t know Hyundai offered we will be returning in the future for many other services.

I made my appointment online and I had selected Albino. When I arrived, Albino was not at his desk, but Dwayne had just wrapped up business with another customer. Even though he was with the other customer, Dwayne saw me and gave me a friendly greeting. Wow, I like that,
"Be right with you" he said.
I told him I came looking for Albino, Dwayne said Albino would be right back. Can I help you?"
In short, Dwayne gave me 1st class attention and service. Please convey to everyone how important customers are treated even with a smile and friendly greeting. Dwayne is absolutely great! A suggestion for your Service Manager: Why not install a TV for your service advisors and customers in that work area? How much would it cost? This would be great for customers and employee morale. While Dwayne service was greay upon checking in car, I was disappointed that service forgot to put my wheel lock back in car. I had to drive back up to dealership after coming home. Not happy since I had things to do.
Barry is the only person I want to talk to you when I come to WIN Hyundai. He has always taken care of me and my needs regarding my Hyundai. He’s well mannered, polite, courteous, funny at times. I always look forward to seeing him. It’s good when you can come and always see the same face not service people come and go that’s not good.

In regards to Ms. Maravilla, she was very helpful and concerned about my service since new parts had to be ordered due to damage. Overall Ms. Maravilla's service was timely and she displayed manners. Only gripe is with the Part department about their lack of notification that my ordered parts had arrived.
