Mr. Barry is very professional very nice he took care of me and my grandkids let me know what was going on with my car he let me know what they were going to do with my car I asked him some questions he answered them where I understood what was going on he’s a very nice man I was comfortable and felt like I was in good hands And not being told to get something done that I didn’t need to do thank you Mr. Barry I appreciate you .

Returned multiple times for a headlight that cost me $300 and was not covered in the extended warranty. Moulding was missing from car when it was returned. I was told it would cost $312 to replace. I was previously told that only clips were needed.

I have returned to Win Hyundai 5 times since December and I have yet to receive satisfaction. My headlights still don't work and the moulding was completely removed when I was told that only clips were needed.

I appreciated the customer service. Anibal is a very nice man and professional. The mechanic noticed that the oil and filter covers were missing. Since I only had my car serviced at Carson, I was concerned. I asked Anibal to replace them and he worked with the manager to order them. He took ownership and provided the highest customer service. Thank you so much.

Mostly satisfied yes. However, I now have NO caps for my air pressure valves. That’s super annoying. Thanks for checking my air pressure and all, but details are key.

My service advisor was not helpful. I would have to call daily for updates and when I responded to text messages I wouldn't get responses for days. I even walked it to meet with the service manager after not getting answers to my calls or texts and he assured me he would call me the next day with an update. I did not hear back from him after our more than 30 min conversation in person. The week after when I went in to pick up my vehicle after 28 days of service, the service manager didn't even recognize me. The Hyundai in Carson is where I purchased my vehicle and it is down the street from my house and where I work. I am willing to drive further for service next time because the customer service is terrible at this location. The Service Manager isn't helpful either. There were many upset customers complaining to the service manager several times I was in there during my 28 days of service for my vehicle. It is upsetting to see that so many customers are unhappy with the service they are receiving there. I am also upset that my vehicle was returned to me with the gas gauge on empty. They drove it 55 miles while it was in for service and I am sure ran it for countless hours besides driving it to try and figure out what was wrong with it. After filling up my rental to return to Hyundai I had to drive right back to the gas station to fill up my own gas tank. I took the vehicle in with over a half tank of gas. You can call me if you would like to discuss all of this. Like I said, my vehicle was in for service for 28 days and 4 days back in September. I have a lot to say about my experience here. I am highly disappointed with Hyundai Carson.
