Called in the day before to make an appointment for the next day and spoke with Barry who told me to just come in and he’ll help me out. I came when they first opened and, sure enough, Barry helped me out and had me out of there in timely matter.

I came in on Tuesday (Feb 12) with a hybrid system error. I was assigned to Marisole. The problem was diagnosed by a mechanic as as a cooling pump problem. Marisole told me the part will arrive the next day (Wedensday Feb 13). Based on this I did not take a loaner. I called the next day, Wednesday and Marisole said the part will come Thursday (Feb 14th) but since she will be off Thursday and she wanted to handle the problem by herself, I should come back Friday (Feb 15th). Ok. On Friday Feb 15th I called and spoke with Marisole. She looked in the computer and said the part did not come in but others did. I asked her which part didn't come in and she said "the part". I asked again and got the same answer three (3) times. I was losing patience. She could have just said "let me check" instead of trying to string me along. Finally she admitted that she didn't know what the part was, she didn't remember she said because she has many clients. Although she could have just checked the computer. I reminded her that it was a cooling pump and asked her to make a call and see when the part will arrive. This is because I'm driving my car and this component can completely fail at any time. I didn't take a loaner car because originally she said the part will arrive the next day on Wedensday February 13th. After I asked her to call and check, On Friday, February 15th, Marisole told me the part should arrive on Tuesday February 20th, ONE WEEK after i came in to the shop. I have very little confidence in Marisole. She gave me the wrong info on a part (I understand one or two days, but a full week? And I had to ask her to make a call and check on the part -- she didn't do it of her own accord). And then I spoke with her on Wedensday February 13 and Friday February 15th she did not even know what part we were dealing with. That is terrible. A service rep should know what parts he/she is working with, orherwise how can she be trusted? I have had a very long and favorable experience with Win Hyundai Carson. In 2016 my new car was in the shop for nearly four (4) months and engineers from South Korea were called in. Corey then handled my case and he was great but he left to work for Hyundai Corporate. Then Miguel handled my later issues and he did a wonderful job. I am very sorry that he left and no one replaced him. So my experience with Marisole is unfortunately NOT positive. I have returned from West LA to Carson for service because of prior very positive experience and told other how good Win Hyundai in Carson is. But, based on my experience with Marisole this week, my confidence in Win Hyundai in Carson has been shaken. I do not believe Marisole can handle a complex problem if she can't handle a replacement of a cooling pump. EP ISAAC ****-****-xxxx

When I left and went to a store I noticed a yellow circle on my back left tire ! It looks like a bubble on the side of my tire ! This was not mentioned to me when my service was done and it's not mentioned on my paperwork ! I don't know if the tire is safe or not. This should have been brought to my attention and a explanation of what I should do very disappointed at this point I generally like the service at this facility but this upsets me !
